Photography has been my passion since college, having gone from film to digital. I have gone down many different paths with my photography, that has included scientific photography, weddings and portraits, photojournalism, sports, and fine art. My photography now concentrates primarily on creating fine art images, in both color and black and white, without necessarily trying to convey a message, with the hope that the viewer enjoys them. My photographs represent how I visualize subjects and scenes, whether it be from a distance, close up, or in between. Although I may have an intended subject in mind, I do not necessarily set out to capture a subject in a pre-determined way, but rather photograph more spontaneously as subject, light, form, and color capture my eye and interest. My photography has been exhibited in numerous fine art galleries, published in books and magazine, and has won numerous international awards.
